Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions
ClinoView offers month-to-month Subscriptions. There are no annual commitments or minimum subscription periods.
2. Recurring Billing
Subscriptions are billed automatically each month. By subscribing, you authorize ClinoView to charge your payment method on the same date each month until you cancel. You will receive access to the Services for the full billing period paid.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your Subscription at any time by sending a written cancellation request to sales@clinoview.com at least 30 days before your next billing date.
Your cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period. You will retain full access to the Services through the end of the period you have already paid for.
4. No Refunds for Partial Periods
ClinoView does not issue refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel mid-cycle, you will continue to have access to the Services through the end of that billing period, but no prorated refund will be issued for the unused portion.
5. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, ClinoView will notify you by email. If the outstanding balance is not settled within 15 days of the due date, ClinoView may restrict your account to read-only access. Continued non-payment may result in full suspension or termination of the Subscription.
Restoring access after suspension due to non-payment requires payment of all outstanding amounts.
6. Suspension for Non-Payment
If your account is suspended due to non-payment, your data will be preserved for a reasonable period to allow you to resolve the issue and regain access. If the account is not reactivated, it will be subject to termination under the Terms of Service.
7. Data Access After Cancellation
Following cancellation or termination of your Subscription, you will have 90 days to export and download your data through the platform. ClinoView will make your Customer Data available in a standard electronic format during this period.
8. Permanent Deletion
After the 90-day export period ends, ClinoView will permanently and securely delete your Customer Data from its active systems within 90 days. Upon written request, ClinoView will provide confirmation that deletion has been completed.
ClinoView will retain system metadata and access audit logs for six (6) years for compliance purposes. These records do not contain patient clinical records or medical histories.
